We have received valuable feedback from many of you expressing concerns about meeting the previous deadlines due to busy schedules and holiday commitments. To ensure that as many of you can join the Aquacosm Symposium as possible, we have made some adjustments to our key deadlines.

The new deadlines are as follows:

Abstract Submission Deadline: The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to August 31, 2023. We believe this extension will give you more time to prepare and submit your abstracts.

Early Bird Registration Deadline: The Early Bird Registration period has also been extended to August 31, 2023. Now, you have additional time to take advantage of the discounted rates for registration.

We are committed to making the Aquacosm Symposium an inclusive and collaborative event. In line with this goal, we are pleased to offer an all-inclusive package for attendees. This package covers registration, accommodation, meals, and drinks, all for the affordable price of 300 EUR for students sharing a room. 

For students coming from underdeveloped and developing countries with limited financial resources, we recognize the importance of providing travel support. We are offering a limited number of travel support opportunities exclusively for students. If you are a student seeking travel support, please submit your abstracts and include a brief explanation detailing why you are requesting assistance.

The student travel support competition is a fantastic opportunity to ensure that talented and deserving students can be part of this symposium and contribute their unique perspectives to our discussions. Please note that this opportunity is only available for students and does not include other participants.
